On 2 December 2008 the agreement of accession to the “Knowledge and Innovation Community for Information and Communication Technologies” was signed. The main objective of the cluster is to establish a common cooperation platform for innovative Polish and European IT & ICT Companies, institutions using IT as well as local governmental bodies and Colleges & Universities as well as specialized higher education institutions.
