Junior Test Engineer (nr ref. TST/SW/002/10)

REC Research & Engineering Center is a fast growing engineering company established in Wroclaw in 2007, with roots back to the year 2000. REC is a company of an international scope and character, the place where you will be confronted with the most innovative technologies and projects. We are looking for talented and positive minded people to work in the Home Appliances section of the REC. We are developing software drivers for the 16-bit microcontrollers to the latest generation of washing machines from Bosch and Siemens. Our main goal is to assure a high quality of the developed software; therefore, it is important for us to precisely test the software.

Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of requirements
  • Creating test cases at different levels of testing (from module to system tests)
  • Execution of test cases
  • Error reporting

Requirements:

  • Technical education (completed studies or last year of studies)
  • Basic knowledge of C programming language
  • Large commitment, inquisitiveness, analytical skills and conscientiousness
  • English knowledge in speaking and writing (German language would be an advantage)
  • Ability to work in a team, accuracy and thoroughness
