Management TeamKrzysztof Kulinski A graduate of the Department of Management and Information Technology in Wroclaw. In 1994 he became the Department Director, in 1996 Branch Director and in 1999 Group Director of the Software Development Center at Siemens in Vienna. At that time he managed 290 employees conducting projects for phone operators around the globe. In 2000 he was given the authority by Siemens AG in Munich to set up and coordinate a Research & Development Center in Poland. In 2003, he became the Director of the Software Development Center (SDC) in Poland and in 2004 was recognized for his achievement by receiving the Top+ award for Global Competitiveness in Software Offshoring. In 2008 he gained an award from the President of Wroclaw for his contributions in developing the IT sector in Wroclaw. As Siemens AG sold off various businesses the Software Development Center became a source for several new IT companies in Poland like: TietoEnator, Nokia Siemens Networks, Gigaset Communications Polska Sp z o.o., Cinterion Wireless Modules Poland Sp z o.o and Research & Engineering Center Sp z o.o. On 1 July 2008 he became the President of the Management Board of Cinterion Wireless Modules Poland Sp z o.o. From 17 August 2009 he is CEO of Research & Engineerin Center.
Urszula Kulinska A graduate from the University of Wroclaw, Urszula lived in Austria and Germany for 11 years where she was a lecturer in the Economics Faculty of the University of the Eisenstadt. She also worked in the Polish Academy of Science in Vienna. She joined Research & Engineering Center and became President of the Management Board in April 2008.
Tony Rozwadowski Born and educated in South Africa he immigrated to the United Kingdom in 1985 where he worked as an Account Executive for IBM UK in Norwich. In 1991 he was sent to Poland to set up IBM and ran it successfully for 5 years. He returned to the UK in 1996 to head IBM's EMEA Channel business within the insurance vertical. He left IBM in 1998 to become Managing Director of the EMEA region for Printrak International, a specialist software integration company providing Digital Justice Solutions to National Police forces. He joined Fujitsu Siemens Computers as Managing Director of Eastern Europe in 2003 and in 2004 was promoted to Vice President of the Central and Eastern European Region. After 5 years of dynamic growth in Central and Eastern Europe he resigned in April 2008 to join Research and Engineering Center as a founding shareholder and member of the Supervisory Board. From 22 May 2008 he is the Managing Director of REC Solutions Sp. z o.o.
Eftat Topuzoglu A graduate of the University of Technology in Vienna, Eftat has many years of experience leading R&D for Mobile Networks Product Development and Customer Projects in Siemens - Vienna. In 2004 he came to Wroclaw in Poland and joined the Software Development Center (SDC) where he led the Business Unit for O&M and Radio. In summer of 2006, when the Nokia Siemens Networks was announced, he led the SDC Wroclaw part of the joint venture during the merge procedures. From April 2007 he led the Nokia Siemens Networks Development Center in Wroclaw, as Development Center Head and Head of Development for Network Management. During this time the Wroclaw Development Center increased the number of engineers from 500 to 800. In October 2008 he joined Research and Engineering Center in Wroclaw and took over the responsibility of the Business Unit for Automotive and Multimedia.
Konrad Haeusler Konrad Haeusler has extensive knowledge and experience in Business Development, Consulting, Project- and Partner Management in the area of Software Development, IT-Services, IT-Compliance, electronic and mobile Business, Global Sourcing/Near-/Offshore and SAP esp. in Poland, Russia and India. In recent years he has been involved in different projects for instance, the formation and development of the Siemens SIS Offshore Centers in Wroclaw, Poland and in Voronezh, Russia. As a Channel Manager, he initiated and coached the build up of offshore services and acquired several customer projects for these services. From 01 April 2009 Konrad is responsible for developing business for Research & Engineering Center in the German speaking countries.
